The exclusive services at 'The Level' added a luxurious touch, especially with having a dedicated butler, shout out to Teo for his amazing service! On the downside, the service was hit or miss. While some staff were accommodating, others seemed to show favoritism. Overall, it was great value for the space and amenities offered, but the mixed service experience could use some improvement.
